  Let's start with the building first. It's definitely a low-key building from the outside, I loved that. The rooms were great, in one of the higher rooms. LOVELY view! you can see all of Beverly Hills from the room, the roof is good too, nice tanning space. My 2 complaints from the roof are the fact that they don't have enough umbrellas for shade and it seems like a pool should have been here since day one, they are luxury apartments after all.
  
  Let's move on to the complaints, one of the bigger reasons I moved away was in part do to the way the building started to to be run.
  1) I started noticing that unknown people would start parking on the top floors and sometimes wonder around the floors. Explorers of sorts. Didn't appreciate that in this "secure building."
  2) This is hard for me to type because I hate putting people on "blast" but...one of the concierges Richard is a great guy, or at least was for my first few months but this perception changed: I was once walking from the gym to the elevator and I heard my name in the floor below. I overheard Richard say my name and another residents name and let's just say that I am not fond of people when they give me one face but talk bad about me behind my back. I hanged out at this spot sometimes to overhear anything about me or my other friends that are also residents in the building. I spoke to other residents and they have also noticed that there's a little "fake" in some smiles we see daily, if you don't like your job maybe you should change careers. It wasn't a deal breaker but it was one of the reasons I moved elsewhere.
